3D Printing Services in Mississauga, Ontario
Anubis 3D is a Mississauga 3D printing company, not a broker and not an overseas portal. Our engineers, our EOS industrial SLS printers and our finishing systems are all under one roof in Mississauga, which means local manufacturers get parts quoted, printed and collected without a border crossing, a customs broker or a two week transit. We support the automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical, food processing, packaging and automation companies that make up this city's manufacturing base.
Local advantage:
Production in Mississauga, not offshore
Engineers you can meet in person
No customs, no cross border transit

MISSISSAUGA 3D PRINTING AND ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
Mississauga is one of the largest manufacturing centres in Canada, and the mix here is specific: aerospace suppliers clustered around Pearson, automotive parts manufacturers, the densest pharmaceutical and life sciences corridor in the country, food and beverage processing, and the packaging and distribution operations that serve all of them. Each of those sectors runs into the same wall, a part that needs to exist in days rather than the weeks a mould or a machining queue demands. That is the gap our industrial 3D printing services fill, from a single prototype to production volumes, printed here in the city.
Industrial Equipment, Minutes From Your Plant
Our Mississauga facility runs EOS industrial SLS systems and DyeMansion VaporFuse finishing, the same production grade equipment behind parts that survive millions of cycles in automated cells. For a local manufacturer the practical difference is not just quality, it is proximity. You can walk a sample part into our building, review it with the engineer who will design the tool, and see the machine it will be printed on. Problems that take a week of emails with a remote supplier get solved in an afternoon.

Selective Laser Sintering in Mississauga
SLS is the process behind most of what leaves our Mississauga floor. A laser fuses PA12 nylon powder layer by layer, and because the surrounding powder supports the part, there are no support structures to design around: internal channels, lattices, living hinges and consolidated assemblies print as drawn. For local automotive and packaging lines this is what turns a bolted assembly of six machined pieces into one printed part that weighs less and arrives in days. Volumes run from a single prototype to production batches.
Stereolithography for Fine Detail Work
Where appearance and fine features decide the part, SLA is the better answer. UV light cures liquid resin into components with smooth surfaces and crisp detail, which suits master patterns, presentation models, housings and the enclosure prototypes that consumer products and medical device teams across the GTA bring us. Resin selection drives the mechanical result, and our SLA materials guide covers how we choose between them.
Low Volume Production Without Tooling
Plenty of Mississauga programs need hundreds or a few thousand parts, which is the exact range where injection moulding tooling cannot be justified and machining gets expensive per unit. Printing removes the tooling line from the budget entirely, so a product can launch, sell, and be revised before anyone commits to steel. Our bridge production approach covers the volumes between prototype and full production.
Hybrid Manufacturing and Finishing
Printed parts rarely ship raw. We machine critical bores and mating faces, install threaded inserts, bead blast, dye and vapour smooth in house, so a part that needs machined precision at three features and printed geometry everywhere else is still one purchase order and one supplier. For food and pharmaceutical customers in the city, VaporFuse smoothing seals the surface for washdown and food contact duty.
Industries We Serve in Mississauga
The industries below are the backbone of manufacturing in Mississauga and the western GTA. Aerospace suppliers near Pearson, automotive parts manufacturers, pharmaceutical and life sciences operations, food and beverage processors, and the packaging and distribution centres that move their product all rely on the same thing from us: functional polymer parts, engineered locally, delivered on a schedule that a production line can plan around.

Why Local Production Matters Here
A 3D printed part is only fast if the logistics around it are fast. Ordering from an overseas portal means a quote in one time zone, a print in another, a customs clearance, and a courier, and the four day print becomes a three week wait. With production in Mississauga, the part is printed in the same city it will be used in. Engineering questions get answered by phone the same day, revisions go back on the machine immediately, and finished parts move across town instead of across an ocean. For a line that is down, that difference is the whole point.
Why Mississauga Manufacturers Choose Us

Speed a local supplier can actually deliver
Prototypes and functional parts produced in days, with no customs clearance and no international transit between the print and your plant.
Engineers you can sit down with
Bring the part in, review it with the engineer who will design the tool, and leave with a direction. Remote suppliers cannot do this.
Tooling free short runs
Hundreds or thousands of parts manufactured cost effectively, with no moulds, no setup cost and no minimum order quantity to negotiate.
Materials proven in production
PA12 nylon and engineered resins that hold up in automated cells, washdown environments and end use assemblies, not just on a shelf.
Performance Advantages of SLS 3D Printing
Industrial SLS delivers strong, lightweight, repeatable components that hold up in the automation, packaging and processing environments running across Mississauga.

MISSISSAUGA AND THE GTA
Our facility serves manufacturers throughout Mississauga, including the industrial corridors around the Airport Corporate Centre, Meadowvale, Dixie and Britannia, Gateway, Northeast Mississauga and the Sheridan Park research cluster. Parts move across the city the same way anything else does, by road, in hours.
We also supply neighbouring centres across the western GTA, including Brampton, Etobicoke, Oakville, Milton, Vaughan and Toronto, and ship nationwide from the same building. If you are comparing local options, our manufacturing model page explains how design, printing and finishing all happen in house rather than through subcontractors.
Our facility: 4100A Sladeview Crescent Unit 4, Mississauga, Ontario L5L 5Z3, 905-581-0630.

More on how we print, what we print in, and what we have built for manufacturers around Mississauga.
Send us the part and the quantity. Our engineers quote from the file, and if something should change for the process, we say so before you commit.
F.A.Q.
Do you offer 3D printing services in Mississauga?
Yes. Our facility is in Mississauga, Ontario, and design, industrial SLS printing, machining and finishing all happen in this building. Nothing is brokered out to a third party or printed overseas.
Can I collect parts from your Mississauga facility?
Local collection is available, and many Mississauga and GTA customers prefer it because it removes the courier step entirely. Talk to us when you place the order and we will arrange it.
Which industries in Mississauga do you work with?
Mostly automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical and life sciences, food and beverage processing, packaging, distribution and automation integrators. These sectors dominate manufacturing in the city and each brings a different requirement, from washdown compatible surfaces to lightweight robot tooling.
What materials do you print?
Our primary material is PA12 nylon, the standard for industrial SLS, alongside glass filled, aluminium filled and flame retardant grades and a range of engineered SLA resins. Selection depends on load, temperature, chemical exposure and whether the part faces food contact.
How do I get a quote?
Send your CAD file, ideally STEP, along with quantity and the duty the part faces. We accept STEP, IGES, STL and other common engineering formats, and our team will come back with a quote and any design for additive recommendations.
