3D Printing Services in Ontario
Ontario builds more than half of what Canada manufactures, and almost none of it can wait three weeks for a part. We print industrial polymer components from a single facility in Mississauga and ship province wide by road, from the automotive corridor between Windsor and Oshawa to the aerospace and technology employers around Ottawa. One supplier, domestic freight, and engineers in the same time zone as your plant.

ONTARIO 3D PRINTING AND ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
Ontario manufacturing is not one industry, it is several that rarely overlap. Automotive and its supplier base run from Windsor through London and Oshawa. Aerospace clusters around Toronto and Ottawa. Food and beverage processing, packaging, pharmaceutical production and equipment building fill the Golden Horseshoe, while mining and forestry supply chains anchor the north. Each of them eventually needs a functional part faster than tooling or machining can deliver it, which is the job our industrial 3D printing services do.
One Facility, Consistent Output
Everything runs on EOS industrial SLS systems and DyeMansion VaporFuse finishing in our Mississauga building. Because production is not spread across subcontractors, a part ordered in London matches the one ordered in Ottawa, and a repeat order next year matches the first. For Ontario manufacturers running the same tooling across multiple plants, that repeatability matters more than any single lead time.

Selective Laser Sintering
Laser sintered PA12 nylon is the backbone of what we ship across Ontario. Because the powder bed supports each layer, geometry that machining cannot produce, internal air channels, lattices, one piece assemblies, prints exactly as designed, and the parts are tough enough for end use rather than display. Ontario plants use it for robot tooling, line fixtures, guards, guides and replacement components that no longer have a supplier.
Stereolithography
SLA cures liquid resin with UV light and delivers the smoothest surfaces and finest detail of anything we run. It suits master patterns, cosmetic prototypes, enclosures and models where appearance decides the outcome. Our SLA materials guide covers how resin choice changes what the part can do.
Low Volume Production
Ontario programs often sit between prototype and mass production, hundreds or a few thousand units, exactly where tooling cannot be justified. Printing removes the mould from the equation, so a product reaches customers and gets revised before capital is committed. Our bridge production page explains how we handle that range, including replacement parts for equipment whose original tooling is long gone.
Hybrid Manufacturing and Finishing
We machine critical features, install threaded inserts, bead blast, dye and vapour smooth in house. That keeps a part needing both printed geometry and machined tolerances on one purchase order, and for Ontario food and pharmaceutical plants, VaporFuse smoothing seals the surface for washdown and food contact requirements.
Industries We Serve Across Ontario
From the automotive plants of the southwest to the aerospace and technology employers of eastern Ontario, these are the sectors that keep our machines running. Each brings a different requirement, a washdown safe surface here, a lightweight robot tool there, a legacy part with no supplier somewhere else, and all of them get the same engineering attention.

Why an Ontario Supplier Beats an Offshore Portal
Offshore quoting portals look cheap until the schedule is counted honestly: a quote overnight, a print somewhere else, customs clearance, and an international courier. Domestic production removes all of that. Parts printed in Mississauga reach anywhere in southern Ontario by road, engineering questions are answered during your working day, and a revision goes back on the machine immediately rather than into a queue on the other side of the world.
Why Ontario Manufacturers Choose Us

Domestic freight, no border
Province wide shipping by road with no customs clearance, no international courier and no exchange rate surprises on the invoice.
One facility, repeatable output
No subcontractor network, so a part ordered in Ottawa matches the one ordered in Windsor, this year and next.
No tooling for short runs
Hundreds or thousands of parts without moulds, setup charges or minimum order quantities.
Materials proven in Ontario plants
PA12 nylon and engineered resins running in automated cells, processing lines and washdown environments across the province.
Performance Advantages of SLS 3D Printing
Industrial SLS delivers strong, lightweight, repeatable components for the automotive, aerospace, processing and automation work that defines Ontario manufacturing.

SERVING ALL OF ONTARIO
We supply manufacturers across the province, including Toronto and the GTA, Hamilton, Kitchener and Waterloo, Guelph, Cambridge, London, Windsor, Oshawa, Barrie, Kingston, Ottawa and the industrial centres of northern Ontario. Southern Ontario deliveries move by road, usually without the part ever leaving the province.
Production runs from our facility in Mississauga. For details on the building and local collection, see 3D printing in Mississauga, or 3D printing in Toronto if you are in the city. Nationwide coverage beyond the province is on our 3D printing in Canada page.

More on how we print, what we print in, and what we have built for manufacturers across Ontario.
Send us the part and the quantity. One Ontario facility quotes it, prints it and ships it, with no subcontractor in the chain.
F.A.Q.
Where in Ontario are you located?
Our facility is at 4100A Sladeview Crescent in Mississauga, in the western Greater Toronto Area. Engineering, industrial SLS printing, machining and finishing all happen in that building.
Do you ship across Ontario?
Yes. We ship province wide by road, from Windsor and London through the Golden Horseshoe to Ottawa and northern Ontario. Everything is domestic freight, so there is no customs step and no international transit.
Which Ontario industries do you serve?
Automotive along the Windsor to Oshawa corridor, aerospace around Toronto and Ottawa, food and beverage processing, packaging, pharmaceutical and life sciences, plus automation integrators and equipment builders across the province.
Can Ontario customers visit the facility?
Yes. Customers from across the province come to review parts with the engineering team, and many time it with other business in the GTA.
What materials and processes do you offer?
Industrial SLS in PA12 nylon plus glass filled, aluminium filled and flame retardant grades, SLA in engineered resins, and in house machining, inserts, dyeing and VaporFuse smoothing.
