3D Printing Services in Toronto
Toronto manufacturers do not need to send parts overseas or wait on a portal quote. Our production facility sits in west Mississauga, about a half hour from downtown Toronto, and everything happens in that one building: engineering, EOS industrial SLS printing, machining and finishing. Parts reach Toronto by road, which means no customs, no air freight, and no three week wait on a four day print.

TORONTO 3D PRINTING AND ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
Toronto is the largest manufacturing market in Canada and the mix is broad: packaging and food processing operations, consumer product companies, medical device firms, automation integrators building cells for other plants, and the supplier base feeding automotive and aerospace programs across the region. What they share is schedule pressure. When a fixture breaks, a gripper needs revising, or a product has to be in a buyer's hands next week, the constraint is rarely the design, it is how fast a physical part can exist. That is what our industrial 3D printing services are built for.
Production Grade Equipment, One Drive Away
Our floor runs EOS industrial SLS systems and DyeMansion VaporFuse finishing, the equipment behind parts that hold up through millions of cycles in automated production. For a Toronto engineering team the practical benefit is access: bring a sample in, look at it with the person who will design the tool, and see the machine that will print it. Questions that take a week of back and forth with a remote supplier get settled in one visit.

Selective Laser Sintering for Toronto Production
Most parts leaving our floor are laser sintered PA12 nylon. The powder bed supports the geometry as it builds, so there are no supports to design around and features that machining cannot reach, internal channels, lattices and one piece assemblies, print exactly as modelled. Toronto packaging and automation customers use it to replace bolted metal assemblies with single printed parts that weigh less and arrive in days. Volumes run from one prototype through production batches.
Stereolithography for Detail and Finish
When the part has to look right, SLA is the answer. Liquid resin cured by UV light produces smooth surfaces and fine features, which suits the master patterns, housings, display models and device enclosures that Toronto consumer product and medical teams bring us. Resin choice drives the mechanical outcome, and our SLA materials guide explains how we pick between them.
Short Runs Without Buying Tooling
A lot of Toronto programs need a few hundred or a few thousand units, exactly the range where an injection mould cannot be justified and machining costs too much per piece. Printing takes tooling out of the budget completely, so a product can launch and be revised before anyone commits to steel. Our bridge production page covers how we handle that middle ground.
Machining, Inserts and Finishing In House
Printed parts rarely ship raw. We machine critical bores and mating faces, fit threaded inserts, bead blast, dye and vapour smooth under the same roof, so a part needing machined precision at a few features stays one supplier and one purchase order. For food and beverage customers, VaporFuse smoothing seals the surface for washdown duty.
Industries We Serve Across Toronto
The sectors below drive manufacturing demand in Toronto and the surrounding region. Packaging and food processing plants, consumer product companies, medical device manufacturers, automation integrators, and automotive and aerospace suppliers all come to us for the same thing: functional polymer parts engineered nearby and delivered on a schedule a production line can plan around.

Distance Is Part of the Lead Time
A printed part is only fast if everything around it is fast. Order from an overseas portal and the four day print becomes three weeks once quoting, customs clearance and international courier are added. When production sits a half hour from your plant, the part is printed and driven to you. Engineering questions get answered the same day, a revision goes straight back on the machine, and a line that is down gets a part while it still matters.
Why Toronto Manufacturers Work With Us

Parts that travel by road, not by air
No customs clearance, no international freight, no border. Finished parts move across the GTA the same way anything else does.
An engineering team within driving distance
Bring the part in, review it with the engineer who will design the tool, and leave with a decision instead of an email thread.
No tooling, no minimum order
Hundreds or thousands of parts produced without moulds, setup charges or a minimum quantity to negotiate.
Materials that survive production
PA12 nylon and engineered resins proven in automated cells, washdown environments and end use assemblies.
Performance Advantages of SLS 3D Printing
Industrial SLS produces strong, light, repeatable components that hold up in the packaging, processing and automation environments running across Toronto.

TORONTO AND THE GTA
We work with manufacturers throughout Toronto, including the industrial areas of Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Downsview, Leaside and the Port Lands. Our facility is in west Mississauga, minutes from Pearson and roughly a half hour from downtown, so parts move to Toronto customers by road on the same day they finish.
We also supply Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Brampton, Oakville and Mississauga, where our production floor is based. See 3D printing in Mississauga for details on the facility itself, or our manufacturing model page for how design, printing and finishing all stay in house.
Our facility: 4100A Sladeview Crescent Unit 4, Mississauga, Ontario L5L 5Z3, 905-581-0630.

Send us the part and the quantity. Toronto customers usually have a quote back before they would have finished filling in an overseas portal.
F.A.Q.
Do you offer 3D printing services in Toronto?
Yes. Our production facility is in Mississauga, immediately west of Toronto, and we serve manufacturers across the city and the wider GTA. Design, industrial SLS printing, machining and finishing all happen in our own building.
How far is your facility from Toronto?
We are on Sladeview Crescent in west Mississauga, roughly a half hour drive from downtown Toronto and minutes from Pearson. Parts move to Toronto customers by road, so there is no air freight and no customs step.
Can I visit or collect parts?
Yes. Toronto customers regularly drive out to review a part with the engineer who designed it, and local collection is available instead of courier.
Which Toronto industries do you work with?
Packaging and food processing, consumer products, medical devices, industrial automation integrators, and the manufacturers supplying the automotive and aerospace programs across the region.
What file formats do you accept?
STEP, IGES, STL and other common engineering formats. Send the file with quantity and the duty the part faces and we will quote it along with any design for additive recommendations.
