OPERATION
Our Carton Erector Tools are offered in two functional options: the standard 90° rotation for folding cartons, including RSC, single and double-walled, and FOL types, and the 180° rotation variant, which adds pneumatic gripping capabilities for enhanced functionality. This pick-and-place function adds additional, streamlining the process and significantly improving productivity while reducing the need for manual intervention.

Our IVTC Robot Side tooling is available in various configurations, each featuring a lightweight 3D-printed nylon body combined with vacuum ejectors of different sizes, powered by integrated solenoid valves, vacuum sensors, and electronics.
To accommodate the market's wide variety of carton sizes, the Anubis 3D ACE Tool Side unit is offered in multiple footprints, with additional customization options available to maximize performance.
