END OF ARM TOOLING
EOAT Grippers, Designed Around Your Product
Every gripper we ship is designed around your product and 3D printed in house in Mississauga, Ontario. Porous cardboard, glass bottles, flexible pouches, or a part nobody has automated before: there is a gripper below for it, and a quote form at the bottom when you are ready. New to the category? Start with our complete guide to end of arm tooling.
POROUS AND MIXED SURFACES
Area Surface Grippers (ASG)
The Area Surface Gripper spreads vacuum across a wide foam contact face, so one tool grips porous cardboard, mixed case sizes, slip sheets, and irregular top surfaces without cup changes. It is the workhorse for case packing, palletizing, and corrugate handling, and it forgives positioning error that would drop a part from individual suction cups.

BOTTLES AND JARS
External Bottle Grippers (EBG)
External Bottle Grippers locate bottles and jars from the outside with a profile printed to match your exact container. Available in 400, 600, and 800 series, with multi position heads that pick entire rows in one stroke for case packing and high speed pick and place lines.
BAGS AND POUCHES
BAG Vacuum Grippers
The BAG Vacuum Gripper handles flexible and irregular products such as bags, pouches, and flow wrapped goods that defeat rigid tooling. A conforming vacuum face keeps grip stable even as the product shifts, which makes it a strong fit for food, pet food, and consumer goods lines.

HIGH SPEED PICKING
Spider Grippers (SPI)
Spider Grippers are lightweight vacuum grippers with strategically placed vacuum inlets, engineered for speed and efficiency in picking and palletizing. The SPI is a cost effective and highly configurable tool side companion to the ASG, and it pairs with our vacuum supply tools through quick tool changing.
BUILT AROUND YOUR PART
Custom Grippers
When the part is unusual, the gripper should be too. Our fully custom grippers are designed around your CAD, printed in PA12 nylon, and delivered in days. Contoured nests, integrated air channels, and multi pick heads cost nothing extra to print, because complexity is free in SLS.

COMPLETE THE CELL
