EOAT MANUFACTURER
EOAT Manufacturer: Tooling Designed, Printed, and Shipped In House
Choosing an EOAT manufacturer decides your lead times, your revision costs, and how well the tool fits your part. We design and 3D print end of arm tooling in Mississauga, Ontario: our engineers design the tool, our industrial SLS systems print it in PA12 nylon, and it ships from the same building. Here is what we build, how we work, and why buying from the manufacturer beats buying from a catalog.
MANUFACTURER, NOT DISTRIBUTOR
Why Buy EOAT Directly from the Manufacturer
A distributor sells you the closest match in a catalog. A manufacturer designs the tool around your part. Buying direct means you talk to the engineers who model the tool, revisions come from the source instead of a reseller queue, and one partner is accountable for fit, function, and delivery. It also means the tool is never a compromise: contoured nests, integrated air channels, and multi function heads are designed in from the start, as our EOAT gripper lineup shows. Recent builds, with the constraint behind each decision, are documented in our case studies.

MADE IN CANADA
In House SLS Production in Mississauga, Ontario
Everything ships from our own facility. Tools are printed on industrial selective laser sintering (SLS) systems in PA12 nylon, a material proven over millions of cycles in production, and design, printing, and quality control happen under one roof. For customers in Canada and the United States that means North American lead times measured in days, direct engineering support in your time zone, and revisions that never cross an ocean. If you are local, see 3D printing in Mississauga.
WHAT WE MANUFACTURE
Six EOAT Families, One Manufacturer
All designed in house, printed in PA12 nylon, and shipped ready to bolt onto your robot.

THE MANUFACTURER ADVANTAGE
Lighter Tools, Faster Revisions, One Partner
Because we manufacture with additive instead of machining, our tooling runs 50 to 70 percent lighter than machined equivalents, which returns payload to your robot and speed to your cycle. Because the factory is also the design office, a revision is a new print, not a new supplier negotiation. The full selection framework lives in our complete EOAT guide.

COMMON QUESTIONS
EOAT Manufacturer Questions, Answered
What does an EOAT manufacturer do?
An end of arm tooling manufacturer designs, produces, and supports the tooling mounted on a robot arm: grippers, carton erectors, tool changers, flanges, and custom tools. We handle all three stages in house at our Mississauga, Ontario facility.
Are you an EOAT manufacturer or a distributor?
We are the manufacturer. Our engineers design every tool, our industrial SLS systems print it in PA12 nylon, and it ships from our own facility. Nothing is resold from a third party catalog, which is why custom geometry costs nothing extra to produce.
Where do you ship end of arm tooling?
We ship across Canada and the United States from Mississauga, Ontario, with lead times measured in days for typical printed tooling. International customers are supported on request.
Do you manufacture custom EOAT from our CAD?
Yes. Send your CAD files or product samples along with the robot model and cycle time target, and our engineers design the tool around your exact part before it is printed in house.
Request a Quote from the Manufacturer
Tell us about your part, your robot, and your cycle time, and our team will design and quote the tooling directly, no distributor in between.
