Using the Anubis 3D Manual Tool Changers (MTC) is as simple as turning a knob. Turn the removable handle just over 180° to lock the smartly designed cam lock into place. The MTC locking mechanism provides tight tolerances for precise and repeatable changes.

MANUAL TOOL CHANGER (MTC) SYSTEMS
Anubis 3D Manual Tool Changer (MTC) system is currently available in 3 versions to suit a wide variety of scenarios including pneumatic pass-throughs mounted on lightweight collaborative robots to high flow capacity pass-throughs and manifolds for use with external vacuum systems for palletizing jobs.

MTC-A
The MTC-A SERIES is the perfect lightweight alternative to classic steel or aluminum tool changers. It consists of six G1/4 BBSP standards ports. (Fittings Available)

MTC-B
The MTC-B SERIES is the only tool changer for high flow vacuum passthrough weighing only 1.45kg. It consists of six BBSP G1/2 ports allowing 12mm diameter connection for each port. Suitable for vacuum and compressed air. (Fittings Available)

MTC-C
The MTC-C SERIES is design to connect vacuum pumps or blowers to the EOAT. These tool changers are available in one or two zones, and fit hoses from 20-60mm. (Fittings Available)
MTC-A SYSTEMS
The MTC-A SERIES includes a compact lightweight Robot Side. Quickly connect and disconnect connect Tool side components including various Pass-Throughs, Manifolds, Area Surface Grippers (ASG) plenums and achieve almost infinite possibilities connecting to an Anubis 3D Custom Tool.



Our customizable 3D printed robot flange plate can accommodate any connection scenario up to 55mm in diameter making fit for use with Cobots.
