Anubis 3D has teamed up with FANUC Robotics company to create a custom cover and bellow that seals the operating parts of the FANUC SR-3iA and SR-6iA SCARA Robot.
The Anubis 3D Scara Cover Kits are designed specifically to fit FANUC's Scara Robots. They are constructed to fully seal both the upper and lower sections of the robots, including the vertical actuating quill. Manufactured from Nylon-12 plastic, the upper portion of the shield houses pneumatic fittings to allow airlines to pass-through the quill while the lower section of Scara robots quill is covered with the clean translucent white bellow. The kit include all fasteners and is easily installed via the existing robot’s assembly points.

The Anubis 3D SCARA Cover Kit for SR-3iA is engineered to fully seal both upper and lower robot sections. The lower section is protected by a clean, translucent industrial bellow that moves with the quill while maintaining full sealing performance.

FANUC SR-6iA SCARA Cover Kit
The SR-6iA operates in similar industrial conditions but supports higher reach and stroke configurations. As a result, protecting exposed components becomes even more important in high duty cycle applications.
The Anubis 3D SCARA Cover Kit for SR-6iA provides full enclosure of the upper housing and quill assembly. The engineered bellow system maintains smooth extension and retraction while protecting against dust and foreign particles.
The design maintains airflow routing and allows pneumatic lines to pass through safely, ensuring uninterrupted automation performance.
