Every conveyor has rails, sensors, and reflectors that need repositioning when the product changes, and on most lines that means a wrench, two hands, and a few minutes per point. The Wedgelock is our answer: a manual adjustment guide where you simply squeeze the arms, slide to position, and release. No tools, no fasteners, no drift.

How the Wedgelock Works
The Wedgelock is a printed adjustment guide for conveyor rails and sensor or reflector positioning, available in single axis and 2 axis versions. Squeezing the arms releases the wedge grip so the unit slides freely along the bar; releasing them locks it in place. For product changeovers with many adjustment points, the Wedgelock can be locked in the open position, so an operator slides every unit to its new location and locks them all at once. It mounts on both round and square bars.

Key Features
- Squeeze, slide, release: tool free adjustment in seconds
- Single axis and 2 axis versions
- Lockable open position for simultaneous multi point changeovers
- Mounts on round or square bars
- Customizable to mate with your choice of sensor, with your logo or part number printed into the finished product

Small Part, Big Changeover Math
Line changeover time is the sum of dozens of small adjustments, and a printed guide that cuts each one from minutes to seconds pays for itself quickly. Because the Wedgelock is printed, we customize it to mate with your exact sensor model and can include your logo or a part number for convenience. It sits alongside our other robot and line accessories, and fully bespoke variants fall under custom tools.
